WiseSlip

For moving companies

Built for local moves, long-distance jobs, and everything between.

A move is priced differently depending on distance, crew size, and packing needs - and a corporate relocation account is a different pitch entirely. WiseSlip handles the full range.

Frequently asked questions

How do I quote a local move versus a long-distance one?
Use the same Quote template for both - itemize crew hours and truck time for a local move, or distance-based and packing charges for a long-distance job, whichever pricing model you use.
How do I bill crew hours and packing materials?
Itemize them as separate line items on the invoice - e.g. "2-person crew (4 hours)" tagged Labor and "Packing materials" tagged Material - and WiseSlip shows the Labor / Materials cost split automatically.
Can I collect a deposit to hold a moving date?
Yes - set a deposit (percent or flat amount) on the quote, common for holding a date during a busy season. It shows the deposit due now separately from the remaining balance due on move day.
Can I track packing supplies and equipment?
Yes - order boxes and packing materials from a supplier with a Purchase Order, and track equipment and supplies on hand with the Inventory Management template.
How do I pitch a corporate relocation contract?
Use the Business Proposal template for a formal pitch with scope, timeline, and pricing - corporate and property-management accounts typically expect that over an ad-hoc quote.
