Creating and saving your first invoice
How the free invoice builder works, and how to save it to your account.
No account needed to start
Open the invoice builder and fill it out - your business details, the client's details, line items, tax, and any discount or deposit. You can download the PDF immediately, with no sign-up required.
Saving it for later
Sign up (or log in) and click "Save to my account" from the builder. Saved invoices show up on your dashboard, where you can reopen, re-download, or email them any time.
On the Free plan you can save up to 5 invoices a month, plus a handful of other saved documents total. Pro removes both caps and removes the WiseSlip branding from your PDFs.
Emailing it directly
Instead of downloading and attaching the PDF yourself, use "Email to client" in the builder - it sends the PDF from WiseSlip's own domain, with replies routed straight back to your email address.
