Running a project from start to finish

Create a project from the Projects page - from scratch, from a template you've saved before, or straight from an accepted quote (which carries the client and line items over automatically). Give it a budget and a target completion date if you want WiseSlip to track progress against them.

Inside a project, the Plan tab lets you add phases, milestones, and tasks, and assign them to people on your team. The Timeline tab shows the same work laid out by date, so you can spot what's overdue at a glance.

The Financials tab shows real numbers, not guesses: what you've invoiced and been paid, what it's actually costing you in logged time and expenses, and your profit margin - updated automatically as work happens, not something you have to calculate by hand.
